ICICI bank used to be good, now it is just OK. They have so many products and services that their employees and customer service team seems overwhelmed or not properly trained. I will shift to another bank soon.

I have been an ICICI bank account holder since last 10 years, its a good bank with focus on digital services and hence could be better in branch services.
